This is a surprise for me, the VT is not clean but it is, for sure, an antimalware tool for analysis.

Pcflankleaktest could be a PUP, but CCE is reporting it as an infection for the common user.

I understand that some files are considered unknown by FLS: like the avast latest beta ones.
