what's wrong with my CIS？？？

It's a good product and i got some problems about it.
I downloaded the fresh installer and ready to set it up,everything went fine after reboot an problem happened that the updater incator indicator showed that process pinned at 30 percent for a long long time i have no choice but reboot.
After the system startup endless popups comed out made me really tiresome.
And service is down when my try to scan via right click it said scanner is busy.
What's the reason for all of this???

The Antivirus is updating for the first time, on some computers it can take a very long time. And when its updating you cant scan.
