Antivirus not working issues

I'm getting a windows notification that antivirus is not working. When I try to run the diagnostics and I get the message that there is error. Trying to fix the error I get the message that the problem cannot be fixed. The report is the one attached. What is wrong?

Moreover trying to do a full system scan I get the message: "Update failed. Antivirus engine is not initialized!"

i would reinstall the program and safe time.
a "broken" security software installation is not the best place for "repair" experiments.

did you use another security program before?
make sure it was fully uninstalled.
