Mails not coming through

Downloaded this program yesterday and have a few issues with it.
1. Emails don't come through from quarantine even though it's approved.
2. Crashes when trying to send to spam msgs to comdo.
3. Some emails simply disappear.
i think this is a good product but needs a few bug fixes.
