10 tickets have been opened, on different products and different issues.
On this issue you have two tickets open, both 'on hold', with a maximum of 4 replies from yourself.
The support team are trying to get an answer for you from the developers, as the usual uninstall process does not seem to work for you.
When they have a response from the developer they will let you know.
