when installing it says 1608:unable to create driver install substance?

i got it to install by deleting c:\programfiles\commonfiles\installshield\driver then i deleted the folder named 7 downloaded ISScript 7x unzipped and istalled then ran setup and installed fine,panic gave me a link to a site that gave these instructions macrovision.
