I have the antispam installed and when I started it checked all mail, now even the spam goes straight through

 :(After installing Comodo Anti Virus, Comodo Anti Spam stopped filtering messages. Then I unistalled rebooted and installed again Anti Spam, then Anti Virus stopped to scan incoming and outgoing messages, but do other works. Unistalled Anti Spam again and Anti Virus began to scan messages again. It seems that one disable the other. Both softwares are great, but I need them working together. HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP.

One thing I have learned.

Install clean.
Make sure when you install you have made all uninstallations of other Antispam and Antivirus products.



When installing COMODO try installing the Firewall 1st, don't restart, then the Antivirus, don't restart then install the Antispam then restart  place all the keys in all the products to activate.

Note:  Antispam does not enable automatically. You have to enabled it under Antispam configuration.

Hope your not using Thunderbird or you will have another problem (says account info is incomplete).

AntiSpam was working fine, now SPAM getting through.  I checked the quarantine and authentication databases, and the SPAM mail is not on either.

Any support on this, oh great Comodo gurus? Viva Comodo

I have the same problem.  Running Xp Pro, it's actually a friend's of mine as I recommended it to him.  I have tried everything and simply cannot get the Antispam to work.  I wiped all traces of previous progs like AVG and Norton from the temp files and registry and have tried several reinstallations of both Comodo AV and the Antispam prog but to no avail.

I have recommended these products to many friends and clients and so far all has been well.  I simply cannot rationalise this problem.

Any help would be appreciated.
