Just installed Comodo A/Spam but there is a conflict with Dr.Web Spider mail.Comodo keeps telling me to insert my e-mail address and comodo deletes spidermail from the system tray.

You may want to submit a ticket by going to http://support.comodo.com telling them this so they can submit this to the developers.

If you login to the support site https://support.comodo.com you can view your tickets there, and see there status.

No problem.  I'm sure they are looking into this, as it can take time to find a problem and report back.  I'm not sure, but I think you can send an email through the ticket or add the ticket details to it to check.
