Comodo AntiSpam and Distribution List

I am a member of 3 different distribution list as nnnn-nnnn [ at ] yahoogroups.co.uk. However I receive the mails as i get the mails as I get them from the users. (user-mail on behalf on...). In the mail header we find that:
X-Sender: user [ at ] xxxx.com
X-Apparently-To: nnnn-nnnn [ at ] yahoogroups.co.uk
where user [ at ] xxxx.com is the members mailaddress, and nnnn-nnnn [ at ] yahoogroups.co.uk is the mailadress to the distribution list.
It seem not enough to enter the mailaddress nnnn-nnnn [ at ] yahoogroups.co.uk as Allow distribution list. So how can i solv this problem since I cant change the way I receive the mails from the lists.
Any good suggestions?
