Blocking spam with blank addresses

Is it possible to block spam that have blank addresses and subjects?  When I receive such spam I can delete it, but if I try to report it as spam or block the name or domain, Comodo anti-spam locks up and I have to Ctrl-Alt-Del to exit the program.

I have had this problem for almost a year now too. I put in a Trouble Ticket on it, and the response was to wait for new releases (none came). I still get them, same problem.

Now I get spam with weird symbols that replicate themselves in my Authentication Database. I deleted them all except one which I can not delete. I could only set it as "Blocked". I wish I new which files the databases were kept in so I could try opening them as Text Files and manually delete it.

More so, I wish Tech support would help me!
