The specific method of removal is dependent upon the malware in question.Once you've identified the culprit a good source of information can be a google search or posting in a forum such as this one.The key is to get as much information as possible since incorrect removal can leave traces remaining or worse,can render the system unuseable.

Hi,
After the last update COMODO antivirus have recognized a small encryption utility pcrypt-0[1].1.1.exe as a virus.
As far as I know it is not a virus. Maybe there is a virus with a similar name.

Can you help resolving this issue? Is it a false positive?

sir i install the comodo antivirus, but i dont have good internet connection, i use the wireless phone here in pakistan, i would like to know that how can i update my comod antivirus offline,( symantect antivirus offline download) i will be verythankful to everyone who solve my this problems and give me way to do this task .
