Microsoft Security Essentials (Codename "Morro")

Microsoft is to give away an a/v programme called Morro - link here:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/8095932.stm
it's supposed to stop malware, so it should stop IE and Windows from running.
It's also supposed to detect Scareware (fake antimalware progs.) - be a good thing for CIS to have.

This 'new' AV is a replacement for their Live One-care that is discontinued.
Nothing really new.

That's mean this free antivirus based on OneCare engine ?
Note : OneCare antivirus engine didn't developed by Microsoft.
This Anti virus software was Gecad software but acquired by Microsoft.

Edit:
Ronny said it was ok to post leaked programs as long as they aren't illegal or are infected. These have worked and seem safe for me, and the people on the "secret" forum I got it from.
Download Microsoft Security Essentials (Morro)
(This is a zipped package with the 32bit XP, 32bit Vista/Win7, and 64bit Vista/Win7 installers included.)
