Internet Settings, Proxy ovrride a trojan?

Hello once again! i recently did a HijackThis scan and found a file, HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyOverride = *.local
a google search shows that Sophos recognizes it as Troj/Raznew-A. im going to run a full scan with avira and avast soon. but is this a required app?
