Because Symantec said It's not safe to rely of free anti-virus software.
And I said "It's not safe to rely on Symantec"

What Symantec thinking now !?

They must really have their bass ackwards ...(or fass orwards) now to try and pull a double-standard -type thing. Huh Also...only one license? Are people supposed to go kill each other over this? If I still liked Symantec and could buy their crud I wasn't going to go primal for a 6-month license. They need to learn from EmsiSoft... since they're big enough, bloated enough and especially rich enough. (See Wraith's blog post regarding EmsiSoft. Cheesy)

By the way, Wraith. I think I'll be keeping a feeds list of places I find quite appealing... starting with yours. Tongue

I can't think of a better place to put that, I still wouldn't want that even if it was a year.  I fix enough computers that have nortan.  Half the time I'm asked "why didn't my nortan detect it."  My typical response is "It's a piece of crap and they charge alot of money for it."  I have a 99% ratio for converting them over to comodo and/or avira premium. It's hard being a crooked Admin when the files won't pass an md5checksum test.  But like any other good crooked Admin it can be done, it just takes time(and lots of it) and a few aspirins

Thanks.  Tongue

I don't care for Norton either.  I just got that license and wasn't sure what to do with it.  Tongue
