I'm new to Comodo and have just downloaded the anti-virus protection. When I run the full system scan I find the elapsed timer running but no files are being scanned. Please advise!

A minute of your time can help many.

Initially the scanner will be scanning memory - on my system this takes about a minute but it could take longer than this on some systems. After the memory scan has finished then you will start to see the number of files clocking up. How long did you leave the scanner running for and did you see anything changing where it says 'Memory Object'?
