Good, my Nod32 v3.0.566.0 passed all 4 tests. Web protection at max settings.
Test1 = passed
Test2 = passed
Test3 = passed
Test4 = passed
It passed only 1 test in default settings, failed 3 in default settings

Awesome, my KIS v 7.0.125.0 passed all 4 tests at only recommended or default settings(Web Antivirus)

My AVIRA antivir premium  PASSED THE TEST ON MAX SETTING GUARD CONFIGURATION(scan archives enabled)  rating10:: (Scan all files)

My Avira Antivir Premium  only passed one test at web guard at DEFAULT settings
Guess Avira same with Nod32 after all in defense rating8::
Guess Avira defense was okay after all

Note: I went to Avira's Official forum & they show me how to set the settings.

i can't see the point of this tests... this file is NOT a virus - why it should be detected? and also i don't see much sense in realtime web protection - AV can catch all this by scanning on-access and on-execute... i have my web-protection disabled (and also on-access - only on-create/modify and on-execute are enabled) - i "passed" first two tests, the others were also detected when i tried to run them from archive. If a virus lies somewhere in an archive - it poses no danger until it's unpacked and run. So i don't see any real sense in such "realtime" protection - i know that malicious code will be blocked when it's run. Free up system resources for something more useful

NOD32 3.0.621.0 works great on all these. Passes them all. You get a pop up window above your taskbar. Just be sure you have IE and FF checked off as web browser. No need for active mode to be checked.
