EAV antivirus

I just want to ask why can't the EAV antivirus be completely uninstalled?
 
I mean, the programs gone but when you right-click any folder or file, the 'Scan with EAV antivirus' option is still there...
 
How do i remove this?

You can manually delete the item from the list using CCleaner by clicking on the "Tools" button.

Was EAV antivirus deactivated when you uninstaled it? It usually works for me when I'm trialing software. Just stop the on-access protection and exit it if you can before running the uninstaller.

it probably left some registry keys and other crap behind.
