I know what Vettetech's recommendation would be: use Revo Uninstaller in hunter mode

I googled error E9037 and only found result that wasn't helpful

Here`s a list of all the .exe associated with CA suite

caPFsem.exe
PPCtL.exe
UmxFwHIP.exe
UmxCfg.exe
cavrid.exe
QOfloader.exe
capfasem.xex
vetmsg.exe
ccprovsp.exe
isafe.exe
cctray.exe

What would really help is someone using Total Uninstall or Zsoft Uninstaller to capture the before and after images of CAIS and upload the log for you.  Too bad because I don't have a test PC to do it that Lips Sealed
