Just downloaded avg antispy free it got rid of something called downloader.small.afl! My question is is it  ok to run this program alongside boclean,avast4.7 and comodo firewall? ie two active shields on the go!

As long as you don't experience conflicts between the applications, it's up to you whether to run them all together...

CBO doesn't do the same sort of "active file scanning" that the AV and AS do.  I think of those as cops driving up and down streets trying to see if they can find something; whereas CBO is more of an assassin that waits in hiding to strike.

Depending on how they work, you might experience some issues between AVG & Avast, but you'd just have to see...

Hello,

AVG Antispyware active shields are compatible with avast! antivirus, so you should have no issues.
