There some of the CIS top blue bars are cropped. Does anyone know what might have caused this?

I'm a victim of severe persecution and harassment from people in power in Singapore. They defamed me as being mentally ill. Refusing any medication I've proceeded to finish a 7 semester degree from local(INA)U. They think their use of remote viewer is a perfect excuse that no such capability exist.

I have had this aswell no idea what is the cause sorry, no particular set of actions required to start this happening.

Always gone on reboot.

Yes it seems it's gone after a reboot  Undecided. Pretty annoying when it happens though
