Detect Full Screen Applications for Updating

Comodo should be able to automatically detect if there is a Full Screen Application running (ie. a game) and temporarily disable updates until that application is closed. This will prevent lag during games while the database is being updated. Many AVs have this option and I believe that CIS should also.
