I am running Comodo but just want the Firewall function and not the AV function.
I don't think I installed the AV function, but how can I check to see that it is not installed/running?
(I am trying to troubleshoot a slow computer)
Thanks.

Hi Geo,

If you rejected AV during the installation - the minimum test would be absence of "Antivirus" button in the main GUI window
Please see the help file and you will find the image with all components installed

Unfortunately enough you should still have
C:\Program Files\Comodo\COMODO Internet Security\scanners
folder ~106MB

You should have cpf.exe (Firewall) cmdagent.exe running if you check Task Manager or Process Explorer.

In Services you will find "COMODO Internet Security Helper Service"
"C:\Program Files\Comodo\COMODO Internet Security\cmdagent.exe"

In Devices (tick "show hidden") you will find cmdHlp ("COMODO Internet Security Helper Driver") in "Non-Plug & Play devices"

That should be all for Firewall only installation as here
My regards

Thanks for that SyberLynx,

I hope that somebody, who is using the whole Suite will add to that, meaning that they'll point  what has to be in addition to what I posted, since I never installed Comodo's AV

Cheers!
